Buyers can place their orders only when the order amount mentioned in the minimum cart value is reached, excluding shipping charges.
Example: If minimum cart value is Rs.500. Then total cart value of buyer should be ≥ Rs. 500 excluding shipping charges.
If the cart value is less than Rs.500, then buyer won't be able to place the order.

Currently you cannot include International shipping charges.

  • 50 next to South under "Upto 20 items within India" column

Please note: International shipping charges needs to be collected separately from the buyer.

Tags are used by buyers to search for products in your web shop.
For example: if you are adding a Kids T-Shirt, then you can specify the following tags - kids, child, children, T-shirt, shirt, boy, girl, etc.

It's not mandatory, but it will be very useful for buyers to filter your products.

Website supports .jpg, .png, .jpeg, .gif formats only under 1mb file size.

You can enter "0" in the Quantity field of the particular sold out product. This will showcase the product as sold out in your web shop. 
If you want to completely remove the product from your web shop, kindly delete it from the product listings.

Yes, you can modify all the sections after adding the product listing to your web shop.

This might be because you have reached your Product Listings limit. This wil be mentioned next to the Product Listings (50/50)
We request you to upgrade your product listings, by clicking on "Buy Product Listings" in your profile and buy the required pack.
If you are still unable to add the product, send a query through Contact Us form.

Every order a customer places, will be available in your order details section.
Go to "Order Details" section in your profile.
You can view the order details and update the status of the order like confirm, shipped, Delivered, cancel, etc.

Yes! once you receive a new order, you will get an email on your registered email ID and a notification in your profile.
All new orders will be marked as "New" under Order Status in "Order Details".

If you need to cancel the order received, kindly go to "Order Details" section in your profile.
Go to the order which you would like to Cancel and click Select Status dropdown icon. 
Under dropdown select "Cancel" and fill out the reason for your cancellation.
Kindly note: For online payment integrated sellers - Cancellation fee of 4%* on the order value, will be charged when you cancel any order.
This fee will be deducted in the next settlement cycle or can be paid separately.

Each status means different stages of the order
New - You have recieved a new order
Confirm - Buyer gets notified that their order is confirmed by you
Shipped - You have shipped the order. (you have option to provide tracking ID, which buyer uses to track their order)
Delivered - Your order has been suceesfully delivered to the buyer
Cancel - You cancel the order due to reasons like stock unavailable, buyer requested to cancel, etc.
Refund requested - When buyer request refund for an order
Refund approved - when you approve the buyer's refund request
Refund declined - when you decline the buyer's refund request
Completed - The order is completed with no cancel/refund issues from the buyer

Under announcement section, you can add your offers, special deals, important communications to buyers, etc.

To add a review, go to "Add Review" section in your profile.

Kindly fill out the shipping charges before setting up online payment inegraton
Once shipping charges are entered, follow the below simple steps
Step 1: Click on Activate online payment button at the top of your profile
Step 2: Fill the KYC form and upload necessary documents
Step 3: Enter bank details associated with the GST account,  the settlement amount will be transferred to this account only
Step 4: After succesfull verification, online payment will be integrated to your web shop and a notification will be sent to your registered phone number and/or email ID
Note: Kindly provide exact GST details and address to avoid verification delay

Go to "Transaction History" scetion in your profile.
Invoice will be available for download against each order.

Go to "Business details" section in your profile. Under Business number, un-check the "Show on website" checkbox.

Once the listing is added, it may take up to 10 mins to relfect on the Product Listings.
So, kindly refresh your profile if you don't see your listings.
Still not visible, Log out and Log in after few minutes and then try adding the listing again.

No, there is no charge for online payment integration. But we charge a small transaction fee of 4%* for every online payment made by buyer on your webshop.
*GST of 18% is applicable

Go to your profile and click "Upgarde Listings" button available at the top.
Choose the pack that suits your needs best and click on Buy button.
Complete the payment process. After succesfull payment, your product listings will be automatically updated.
It will be visible next to "Product Listings" (Example: 50/200)

This fee is applicable only for online payment integrated sellers.
Whenever a buyer pays online for the order placed in your web shop, there will be a 4%* Payment Gateway Transaction Fee.
When paid through Instruments like Diners and Amex Cards, International Cards, EMI (Credit Card, Debit Card & Cardless) & Corporate (Business) Credit Cards, then transaction fee will be 5%*

Example:
Total transaction amount = Rs.100 
Payment gateway transaction fee (4%) = Rs.4
GST (18%) = Rs. 0.72
So, total Payment gateway transaction fee is Rs. 4.72
And total settlement amount is Rs. 100 - Rs. 4.72 =  Rs. 95.28
*Please note, GST of 18% is applicable only for the transaction fee of 4% and not on the total amount which buyer pays.
